Payment Policy:
Please review our payment policies before booking a tour
1. Deposit Requirements: To confirm any booking, clients must pay a deposit of: 50% – 50% of the total trip cost, 100% upfront for Gorilla & Golden Monkey permits (non-refundable), No reservation is confirmed until payment is received.
2. Full Payment: Full payment is required: 45 days before the trip for international clients, 7 days before the trip for residents, Late payments may result in cancellation.
3. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept: Bank transfers, Mobile money (MTN) Credit and debit cards Online payment links
4. Price Changes: Prices may change due to: Exchange rate fluctuations, Supplier price adjustments, Tax or park fee updates, Only the price on the final invoice is guaranteed.
5. Proof of Payment: Clients must send proof of payment for their booking to be fully secured.
